About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's HealthCare. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, monitoring patient response and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a dialysis setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
