This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the flat glass industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installations
  • Ensuring the efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of vehicle
  • Selling flat glass products and services to customers
  • Conducting accurate field measuring and cutting flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns
  • Collecting payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Maintaining company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
  • Completing invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
  • Executing Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
  • Performing other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the flat glass industry installing showers is a plus
  • Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels
  • Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding, and related equipment required for glass installation
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
  • Excellent communication skills
