Job Summary: We're seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, handling various tasks, and contributing to a successful project outcome.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and skid-steers to grade the site and dig holes • Assist in setting pipes to install storm, water, and sanitary utility lines • Collaborate with construction teams to achieve project goals • Develop skills and knowledge to build a fulfilling, long-term construction career

Requirements: • Current valid driver's license • English communication skills • Motivation to succeed, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic • Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career • Topcon GPS experience is a plus • Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus
