Behavior Analyst Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soliant. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals and will have a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of ABA.
• Provide direct supervision and oversight to behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of behavioral interventions across environments.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and other evidence-based practices.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the State.
