Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Prepare a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to exacting specifications.
• Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple orders and interactions with guests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, with a focus on sanitation and presentation.
• Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, recommend food and beverage pairings, and take orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other bar team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for all guests.
• Payment and Service: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: At least one year of bartending experience is required.
• Certifications: TABC certification and Food Handlers certification are mandatory.
• Personality: A patient, friendly, and people-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
