Role Responsibilities:

The bartender plays a crucial role in crafting and serving beverages and food to our guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, embodying our philosophy of unity and shared vision. Key Duties Include:

  • Engaging in and promoting internal growth initiatives.

  • Preparing and garnishing beverages according to established recipes and portion control standards.
  • Presenting and serving drinks to guests.
  • Verifying guest identification and serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Accurately processing payments, including cash and card transactions.
  • Maintaining and stocking bar inventory.
  • Ensuring the quality of all beverage-related perishables.

Essential Skills:

  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding company operations, including financial and guest information.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of guests and associates.
  • Understanding fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Upholding cleanliness and professionalism in the workplace.
  • Demonstrating integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
