Becoming our Restaurant Operations Manager means joining a dynamic team that fuels the fun at Grand Island's premier Family Entertainment Center. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Coordinating menu planning and inventory control
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
