Job Title: SAP S4HANA Programme Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled SAP Programme Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our newly initiated SAP S4HANA pilot project. This is a vital position with the potential for extension, as the overall implementation is anticipated to extend over multiple years across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the programme-level development of the SAP S4HANA framework
  • Supervise smaller ancillary projects within the programme
  • Formulate and execute a thorough governance strategy in collaboration with the PMO
  • Administer programme budgets, financial aspects, and expenditures
  • Lead the deployment of the S4HANA programme across different global territories
  • Design and present project plans at both the project and programme levels
  • Establish and manage roadmaps, milestones, and critical phases including Design, Realisation, Testing, Data, and Cutover/Hypercare
  • Drive the project actively, outlining and managing resource needs for each phase
  • Coordinate parallel projects with diverse deliverables

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Programme and PMO Management
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale global SAP rollouts across the complete suite
  • Comprehensive PMO experience, including programme governance, budget management, strategy formulation, and reporting
  • Experience with template deployment in greenfield sites worldwide
  • Strong background in manufacturing sectors
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
  • S4HANA experience is highly preferred
