About the Role

Logitech is seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join our team in the USA. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our gaming audio peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain lab test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Debugging issues that arise with test equipment to minimize downtime and optimize testing efficiency.
  • Characterize printed circuit board assemblies and products as instructed by senior engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support rapid prototyping activities with evaluation modules and breadboarding to accelerate product development.
  • Assemble and rework PCBAs to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
  • Modify test fixtures as needed to accommodate changing product requirements.
  • Develop scripts for test equipment using languages such as Python, Audio-Precision, and Soundcheck to streamline testing processes.
  • Execute RF and electrical tests to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist internal compliance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ESD and RE.
  • Analyze test data and generate detailed and summary reports to inform product development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a test engineer in the consumer electronics or mobile telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to travel domestically when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth, WiFi, and USB standards.
