Neurodiagnostic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center. As an EEG Specialist, you will be responsible for performing standard electroencephalographic procedures on inpatients and outpatients as ordered by a physician.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurodiagnostics, with experience in EEG procedures and patient care. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• Perform EEG procedures on patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Prepare EEG tracings for physician review and interpretation.
• Complete accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and test results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Develop and maintain expertise in EEG equipment operation and maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Neurodiagnostics or related field.
• One year of experience in EEG technologist role.
• Current BLS certification required.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Registered in one area of neurodiagnostics through ABRET.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $ $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
