Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of automation process impacts and interdependencies.
  • Communicate estimates, formalize release plans, and implementation schedules/dependencies, including managing and communicating the roadmap for multiple solutions.
  • Manage Jira boards and Confluence to track Agile activities and deliver scalable automation solutions.
  • Develop Data Pipelines, Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Migration solutions.
  • Design training, implementation, and change management plans for automation solutions and process improvements.
  • Interface effectively with project teams and management, liaising between the business, IT, and market stakeholders.

Requirements:
In this role, you'll need:
  • Experience working on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and financial programs.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
  • A background in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on the business perspective.
  • Ability to triage production bugs and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to implement timely solutions.
  • Experience training others and creating training materials.
  • Support for automated solution deployments and builds.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
