About the Role:
Hallstar Services Corporation is a leading global provider of specialty chemistry solutions. The Chemical Quality Director role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of all products manufactured at the chemical plant. This includes developing and implementing quality control systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Estimated salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year.

**Responsibilities Include:**
  1. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance systems, including quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
  2. Oversight of all production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  3. Product testing management and coordination to verify quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Implementation of procedures for handling and addressing non-conforming products, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  5. Auditing to assess quality performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Regulatory compliance, including ISO certifications, FDA regulations, and environmental standards.
  7. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall plant efficiency.
  8. Team management, providing guidance, training, and support.
  9. Data analysis to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  10. Supplier relationship management, ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components.
