Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires a professional with a strong foundation in nursing practice, who can promote excellence in care delivery and work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process
- Function within policies, practice guidelines, and nursing standards of SMH
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Current Massachusetts state RN license
- Documentation of ongoing clinical competencies and continuing education
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification for Telemetry, ICU, ED, Cardiac Rehab, OR, and PACU RNs
- NRP certification for LDRP RNs
- PALS certification for ED and PACU RNs
The ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
