We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiography Specialist to join our team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrocardiograms and expand the scope of examination as needed.
- Assist physicians with complex ultrasound procedures, including transesophageal echocardiography, stress echos, and intravascular ultrasound.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and correctly, inspecting it daily to ensure optimal performance and reporting any malfunctions.
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- ARDMS or CCT certificate preferred.
- Specific experience and training in ultrasound are required.
- Current BCLS certification is necessary.
