  4. Electrical Repair: Perform major electrical repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  5. Field Maintenance: May be required to work temporarily at field locations to maintain and repair equipment.
  6. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to MPW standards.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:
    1. Schedule Management: Ensure scheduled repairs are completed and adjust schedules as needed to meet emergencies.
    2. Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the company.
    3. Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors, plant managers, drivers, and mechanics to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with specialization in industrial or vocational trades preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of pump and industrial equipment rebuilding and repair.
  3. Skills: Effective oral and written communication, listening skills, and ability to interact with others.
