Kona Ice Server Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Server to join our Kona Ice team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our mobile shaved ice trucks, and participating in local events and activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers with a smile
  • Provide fast and accurate service to clients and customers
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
