About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Infusion Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on healthy lifestyle choices and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with prescribing physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, adhering to state, HIPAA, and TJC requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and ability to become licensed in another state if needed.
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
  • Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
  • BSN degree.
