Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Manager to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a Front End Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train cashiers, front-end loaders, and checkers to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Ensure that all front-end operations are running efficiently and effectively, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales promotions and events.
  • Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all front-end areas are clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor and control labor costs to ensure that they are within budget.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in supervising and training employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
