Position Overview:

The Care Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Care Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to customers utilizing LetsGetChecked's testing products and services.

The services provided include managing both inbound and outbound inquiries through various communication channels. Our expanding team is committed to addressing customer queries around the clock. Coordination with clinical personnel is a vital aspect of the role. This position is based in our Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and leadership to team members.

Offer daily guidance and communication to the Care Team to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly, efficiently, and knowledgeably.

Deliver mentoring and performance feedback through regular coaching sessions to ensure team members excel in their roles.

Conduct quality assurance assessments to evaluate team performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Create and sustain a supportive work environment that motivates team members to achieve their best.

Collaborate with Trainers to guarantee all team members have access to necessary training and resources to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Work alongside the Nursing team to ensure that team members receive essential clinical support.
Engage with cross-functional teams to define requirements for care team tools and support systems.

Coordinate closely with the Capacity Planning team to ensure staffing models, schedules, and recruitment align with care team demands.

Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes as required.
Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for the Care Team.
Contribute to company objectives by assisting with special projects or assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment, preferably within healthcare.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
High proficiency with technology and familiarity with Google tools.
Experience with Acqueon or similar call center solutions is advantageous.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
Familiarity with workforce management tools is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth virtual environment.
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent collaboration skills and capacity to work with all staff levels.
A natural inclination to demonstrate empathy and a genuine desire to assist others.
