Job Summary

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that fosters the intellectual and developmental growth of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement a full schedule of activities and educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Teaching and Supervision: Provide high-quality teaching and supervision to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Staff Support: Collaborate with our teaching personnel to provide guidance and support in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Program Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Must hold a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate of Level 4 or higher, as well as CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep certifications.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and time management skills, and a creative and energetic attitude.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based at our Wonder Kids Academy location.
