RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Regular communication with clients regarding their cases
  • Assisting clients in scheduling medical treatments
  • Helping clients arrange vehicle repairs
  • Managing over 100 cases simultaneously
  • Demonstrating strong grammar skills
  • Note: Our Case Managers do not write demands or collect medical records for demand preparation
  • Preferred knowledge of Personal Injury
