Main Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Operations Manager, your primary duties will include supervising and coordinating the maintenance efforts across our properties. This involves scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure preventive maintenance is performed regularly. You will also step in to perform maintenance tasks as needed, offering guidance and expertise on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities. Furthermore, you will track maintenance performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to minimize downtime and costs.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred. A flexible schedule, including on-call duties as needed to respond to emergency maintenance situations, is also required.
