Data Analyst

Millennium is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and making a real impact by shaping the future with data.

• Business Analysis and Strategic Use of Analytic Capabilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring high data quality through early data requirements planning.
  • Partner with Manager and Project Lead to prioritize technology projects and work.
• Enterprise Use and Interpretation of Analytics and Reporting:
  • Coordinate and optimize enterprise and functional analytics and reporting, leveraging Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Data Governance and End-User Support:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric, and PowerBI tools.
• Managing Projects, Vendor Partners, and Leaders to Ensure all Solutions are Aligned with our Business Strategy and Plan:
  • Ensure contractors have appropriate deadlines set and therefore attained.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily processes, data flows, and system changes.
• Data Engineering, Data Pipeline Development, Data Integration, and Database Management:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Integrate data from different systems, including NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric, and external sources, while maintaining ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Expertise in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods.
• Familiarity with basic machine learning algorithms.
