About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel CCU RN - Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and driven.
Contract Duration
– 13 Weeks (Temporary)
Shift Details: 3x12 Nights

Qualifications
- Valid State License.
- At least one year of experience in Critical Care within an acute care hospital in the last three years.
- Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within the last 12 months.
- CCRN certification is preferred.
- Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is advantageous.
- Associate's Degree or BSN is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver care.
- Accountability for direct patient care and supervision of care provided by other professionals and support staff.
- Assessing and planning for the educational needs of patients and families to support health maintenance or restoration upon discharge.
- Collaborating with the health team to implement the nursing plan and coordinate with the medical plan.
- Demonstrating professionalism through quality care, leadership, and ongoing professional development.
- Implementing quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with the nursing team.
