Job Title: Automotive Assistant/Service Manager

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Assistants and Service Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Position

The Automotive Assistant/Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs. You will also be responsible for communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager and relating to customers. Basic supervisory/leadership skills are required to be fully effective in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure efficient operation of the repair shop
  • Order parts and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager and relate to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of the business
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
