Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Room Attendant Specialist to join our team at Bally's Corporation. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining and cleaning hotel rooms to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms and suites to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Restock and replenish linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document room status and maintenance issues on assignment sheets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull a fully stocked housekeeping cart.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
Training and Development:

All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty days of hire date, then annually thereafter.

  • Responsible Gaming Awareness Training
  • Title 31 Introduction Overview

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
