Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Cornerstone Care Nursing. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Accompany clients to the recreation center and engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns or changes to the care team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate clients' needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
