We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shake Shack. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety, including food handling and preparation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Food handler certification, strongly preferred.
