Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shake Shack. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety, including food handling and preparation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Food handler certification, strongly preferred.
