Powder Coating Painter

Job Summary:

A skilled Powder Coating Painter is needed to join our team at Integrity Staffing Group, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying a smooth, durable finish to metal and hard composition objects using a powder coating process.

Key Responsibilities:

Abrade surfaces to remove scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt
Select and mix premixed paints or prepare paint that matches specified colors
Use a power spray gun to apply a smooth finish
Pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and wear a respirator as required
Physically active and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

6 months previous industrial painting experience
Ability to work a night shift schedule
Must pass a drug screen and background check
