We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Licensed Architect to join our team at Robson Forensic.

Are you looking for a challenging and meaningful career?

As a Sr. Licensed Architect, you will be responsible for providing expert investigation, analysis, and testimony in civil litigation and insurance claims. You will review and analyze documents and on-site conditions to determine and analyze facts and issues at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of documents and on-site conditions.
  • Provide expert testimony in civil litigation and insurance claims.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to provide comprehensive services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Licensure/registration as an Architect.
  • Ability to obtain licensure in other states in the region.
  • Experience with code evaluation, specification writing, and/or diagnosing building defects and design analysis.
  • 20% travel for casework in the territory and potentially other states in the region.
  • Experience with construction administration, design/build, or construction management.
  • Experience working for a construction company.
  • Minimum 15 years of post-degree experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of building safety and construction technology.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a comprehensive team.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
