We are currently seeking an experienced Extrusion Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process for our extruded products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality control metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train production staff.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and OSHA.
- Experience with quality control software and tools, including statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
