About the Role

The Revenue Cycle/Central Billing Office Director plays a critical role in the company's mission, vision, and values by overseeing all functions of multiple center's business office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial analysis and financial management, including cash flow, billing, and collections
  • Partnerships and collaborations with various stakeholders
  • Daily management of the Business Office, including Registration, Medical Records, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Scheduling, and Insurance Verification and Collections
  • Monitoring and analyzing reports for operational success
  • Evaluating registration, insurance verification, and cash posting for data integrity
  • Reducing and maintaining bad debt at established goals
  • Understanding and communicating contract-specific issues to Regional Manager of Business Operations
  • Communicating with physicians and Administrator on daily activities affecting patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration (desired) or extensive relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ambulatory surgery (highly preferred) or other healthcare-related experience
  • Understanding of patient accounting principles and managing large volumes of accounts receivable and accounts payable
