Electrical Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our projects across Kansas and Missouri, with a focus on the Kansas City metro area.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical infrastructure and power projects for clients such as Amazon EV, with project durations ranging from 5 weeks to 3 months. The role involves managing field operations, supervising crews, ordering materials, and ensuring project schedules are met.

The Electrical Superintendent will work on industrial upgrades, including food/beverage, ethanol, manufacturing, and mining facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing multiple crews on-site
  • Managing material procurement
  • Establishing workflows to ensure projects remain on track
  • Enforcing safety regulations to foster a culture of workplace safety

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience, be comfortable reading electrical blueprints, and possess strong project takeoff skills. A good understanding of scheduling and material ordering is also essential. The role requires flexibility and the ability to assist with hands-on tasks as needed.
