Job Summary:Under the direction of the Director of Psychology, this Clinical Psychologist - Lvl. II will perform highly challenging and responsible clinical and administrative work, supervising the work of psychologists and psychology trainees. Chinese bilingual and bicultural competencies are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct clinical work with adult population, especially challenging atypical cases.
- Administrative responsibilities including coordinating or developing a new service or program.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations.
- Supervision of staff psychologists and psychology trainees.
- Conducting seminars for training purposes.
- Offering psychological consultation services to other departments or city agencies.
- Valid license and current registration to practice as a Psychologist issued by the NYSED.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- Knowledgeable in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
