Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Valet/Porter to join our Service Department team at Team Ford Las Vegas. As a Valet/Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers by parking and retrieving their vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, including fueling and cleaning vehicles as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting and directing customers to an available advisor
  • Assisting with off-site deliveries of customer vehicles
  • Performing service valet pickup and delivery functions from the client's place of choice within the local area
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
