We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their functional limitations and promote independence.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' homes and environments to identify potential barriers to their daily activities.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their daily living skills.
  • Develop and implement interventions to promote safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
  • Provide guidance and support to patients and their families to help them navigate the healthcare system and access community resources.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
