Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants.
  • Ensure all dishes are properly washed, dried, and put away in their designated storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
