Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead our Talent Acquisition team in Northern Indiana.

About the Role

This pivotal position involves driving strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent for Creative Financial Staffing. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Forge relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand their talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Enhance the Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, fostering a strong employer brand.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize cutting-edge talent acquisition tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Measure and Analyze: Track key metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is a proven Talent Acquisition Leader with:

  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
