Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinical professionals at Cornerstone Rehab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients with a focus on improving communication and swallowing skills.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure seamless patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials.
• Experience in SNF and/or Acute care settings.
• Covid Vaccine required in certain locations.
