RN Supervisor

Heardmont Nursing Home and Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee weekend operations in our healthcare facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards and protocols across various departments, including sonography, sterile processing, laboratory, pain management, and occupational health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of GA
• Long-term care experience preferred

• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
