We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition counseling and education to our patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive diet assessments and provide personalized nutrition counseling to patients
- Develop and implement nutrition education plans that cater to diverse patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in training and developing nutrition education materials and programs
- Bachelor's degree in public health nutrition, nutrition, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian (RD) and Massachusetts Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) certification preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in community and medical nutrition therapy post-internship
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual preferred
