Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. This role involves working in a hospital float pool, providing care across various departments.
Shift DetailsShift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Minimum Experience RequiredApplicants must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Please note that first-time travelers are not accepted.
Patient PopulationThe nurse will be responsible for caring for adult to geriatric patients with a typical patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, depending on patient acuity.
Unit SystemsFamiliarity with Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR is required. The nurse will float throughout the hospital, caring for post-surgical, medical, and PCU stepdown patients, as well as ER hold patients.
CompetenciesExperience with cardiac drips, TR band removal, and BiPAP usage is essential. Candidates should also possess ACLS and BLS certifications. ENPC certification is preferred.
Schedule RequirementsRequests for time off (RTO) are limited to a maximum of 7 days. Block scheduling is not guaranteed. Weekend shifts will be required every other week, and travelers must be available to work on major holidays.
Compliance and DocumentationFull compliance with documentation is required to ensure an on-time start. Candidates must submit core items and complete necessary labs promptly after signing the contract.
ReferencesTwo supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of submission. References must be from managerial positions or above.
Important NotesTravelers must have a valid GA or Compact license at the time of submission. It is crucial to be away from all previous facilities for at least one full year to return as a traveler.
