Overview

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $200,000 per year, based on performance and location.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves:

  • Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC and home energy needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Generating Sales Leads: Pursue a blend of self-generated referrals created from existing customers, marketed leads, tech turn leads, and training visits.
  • Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to enhance the company's reputation and expand market reach.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, address client concerns, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, and provide post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years in-home sales experience.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
