Job Overview

We are currently collaborating with a client that focuses on the design and deployment of cutting-edge RF and Radar technologies for diverse commercial and military applications.

We are in search of a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative electrical solutions for radar products. This position is integral to a dynamic and expanding product development team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage in subsystem design, analysis, schematic capture, circuit board layout, prototyping, and debugging.
  • Conduct hardware bug tracking, functional verification, and signal characterization, providing support throughout the production lifecycle.
Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit boards from concept to production, utilizing operational amplifiers, filters, transistors, and various converters.
  • Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and qualification techniques, with a strong grasp of signal integrity, layout, and grounding principles.
  • Experience with DFx methodologies, including EMC, EMI, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Familiarity with high-speed interface design, including JESD, LVDS, and multi-gigabit Ethernet.
  • A solid understanding of power system design techniques across various topologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripting tools, such as C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience with RTOS and embedded systems.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Altium or similar.
  • Experience in wireless or communications products.
Additional Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in developing real-world products or systems.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
