Position Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient care to all patients.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Licensed Respiratory Care Specialist (LRCS) operates in both inpatient and outpatient environments, providing a broad spectrum of treatment, care, and assessment for patients experiencing respiratory challenges.
You will utilize various therapeutic gas equipment, including masks, tents, and incubators, serving a diverse patient demographic from newborns to the elderly. Your role will involve educating patients about treatment options, support groups, and available resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and evaluating responses to prescribed therapies according to the care plan, including routine and intensive therapy as well as diagnostic procedures.
- Measuring ventilator volumes, pressures, and conducting blood gas analyses.
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions and their responses to treatment.
- Performing various tasks related to the setup, operation, cleaning, sterilization, and storage of respiratory therapy equipment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) credentials.
- Graduation from an accredited vocational school.
