Provisioning Specialist

Douglas Fast Net is seeking a skilled Provisioning Specialist to provide service ordering, provisioning, and customer support to our internal and external customers.

• Lead escalation point for order entry and processing team
• Assignment for fiber voice, VoIP, and data orders
• Manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously
• Subject matter expert for ordering and tracking of circuits with emphasis on voice product
• Provision and maintain electronic equipment used in delivery of products and services
• Maintain network and systems documentation
• Collect, analyze, and submit data for essential voice reports
• Assist Field Service Technicians in turn-up and troubleshooting
• Assist in development and documentation of support procedures with Network Operations
• Resolution of advanced-level support issues spanning all products and services

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one year of previous experience in relevant position
• Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal direction and guidance
• Effective communication with customers verbally and in written forms
• Detail-oriented and professional appearance
• Able to meet physical demands with reasonable accommodations
