Job Summary

The Dishwasher performs various kitchen duties, including pot washing, dishwashing, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food supplies. This role involves operating dishwashing equipment, distributing and storing clean pots, dishes, and utensils, as well as maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and utensils
  • Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils in designated areas
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Empty trash containers as required and report any equipment or cleaning product needs to the supervisor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks daily. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on state/county law.
