We are seeking a skilled Home Care Coordinator to join our team at Interim HealthCare Eastern Dakotas. In this role, you will work closely with field employees and homecare clients to ensure seamless care delivery.

As a Home Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating referrals, scheduling care professionals, and documenting client intake
  • Overseeing the selection process, including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Building relationships with clients and field staff to maximize hours worked and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Actively managing payroll and billing functions, as well as supervising paraprofessional field staff

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and experience in hiring, onboarding, and working with seniors. A strong problem-solving approach under stressful circumstances is essential for success in this role.

Competitive wages: $24-$27 per hour, plus rotating call pay during the week ($2/hour) and weekends ($3/hour)
