Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of pool areas, including pools, waterslides, and spas.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to, limiting access to authorized individuals only.
  • Provide outstanding guest assistance, including towel service and hydration options.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from guests and team members.
  • Engage with guests during recreational activities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor the pool area for any potential safety hazards and report them immediately.
  • Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations regarding pool safety.
