We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
